Fantastic as always. All they did was brakes, rotor, and distributor cap, yet the car runs like I was given a new engine! Josh is easy to work with and was incredibly helpful in working within my budget while still getting me quality parts. I always know my baby is in good hands with the technicians in the back, and Hannah was awesome getting me booked within my crazy schedule.

I've been taking my 2000 BMW 528i to Kassel for a couple of years. They have kept my car running smoothly, and the customer service has been excellent. I've mostly dealt with Randle who can be recognized by the impressive red beard that he sports. He and everyone else at Kassel have always been very courteous, professional, and up front with the expected cost of service and repairs. I have had no complaints about their work. Give Kassel a try.

Honestly I don’t take my cars to shops usually because the outcome is always bad and what I expected. I went out on a limb and gave this shop a chance because I didn’t want to deal with the fix. The customer service is the most important in any business and this shop was Not pushy, they were professional and just gave recommendations of what needs done in the future. Their parts and labor even came with a warranty. That’s impressive!!! I will definitely bring back in the future Thanks again.

Service done as asked. Recommended repairs based upon evidence of issue and not pushy to begin work if my wallet wasn't ready. Looked for the best price and quality for replacement/upgrade parts. Short lead times for service completion. Altogether, a nice place to bring my S4. Recommended by my cousin with a 1.8T Golf.
